Juicy pork marinated in a wine vinegar and served along with turmeric-infused rice and allo gobi. Inspired by the Portuguese dish "vinha d'alhos" and a Pakistani, Indian, and Napali recipe for the side, made from potatoes, cauliflower, and Indian spices.
